Note to Exhibitors
Age Requirement: 18+
We require that conference attendees and exhibitors be adults aged 18 and above. This program is designed for mature audiences, and minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend. This policy is in place to ensure the appropriate content and atmosphere for all attendees, as well as compliance with legal regulations regarding minors at such events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Participation Process
Prospective sponsors and exhibitors express interest by completing the online interest form on the AASECT Annual Conference site. A conference team member will reach out to discuss and finalize package options.
All participants must align with AASECT’s mission, vision, values, and organizational positions. Participation may be declined at the discretion of the AASECT Board.
To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, all exhibitors are required to review and agree to the Code of Conduct and Exhibitor & Sponsor Rules and Regulations. Exhibiting indicates acceptance of these terms.
