Deadline: May 31, 2024
To have your organization acknowledged in our printed on-site program, website, conference mobile app and on-site signage, please send the following to conference@aasect.org as soon as possible but no later than May 31, 2024:
- Company Logo: 500px wide 72dpi or higher PNG, or an EPS vector file
- 50-word description of your organization for inclusion in our website, mobile app, and printed materials
- Links to your organization’s website, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn profiles (if applicable)
Exhibitor Booth Electricity
Deadline: May 1, 2024
To request electricity or additional AV needs for your exhibit booth (additional fees may apply), please email Annie Bournas at conference@aasect.org no later than May 1, 2024 for details and instructions.
Inability to Attend Insurance
Registration Insurance is now included in all registration fees. This coverage is underwritten Lloyds of London.
You will receive a 100% refund, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show.
